About Us​

We are a faith-based company under the partnership of Katie Disch, Allison Huddleston and Justin Janney. The business is located in rural Illinois and we hope to bring a unique experience to the area. We hope by coming to The Well you can become rejuvenated, feel relaxed and overall feel better. The services we offer are a fully functioning 24 hour fitness gym, a rehab gym, as well as a wellness spa.

Meet the Team

Leslie Richardson

Leslie Richardson is a resident of Casey IL and has lived here for 34 years. She worked at Heartland Nursing and Rehab for the last 17 years as a CNA and was recently the Office Manager. Leslie has been married to her husband Levi for 13 years and has 2 boys. She enjoys working with and helping people and is excited to be a part of the team! Leslie is a great asset to The Well and we are so happy to have her as an AMAZING business office manager!

Katie Disch

Katie Disch is a partner here at The Well. She was born and raised in Casey, IL. She married her husband, Mack Disch, 3 years ago. Katie graduated from Mckendree University in 2014 with a BS in Psychology. She furthered her career at IUPUI and graduated in 2016 with her Master’s Degree with a focus in Occupational Therapy. Katie enjoys helping others and is excited for others to be able to better their health and wellness through The Well. Katie is ready for this new journey and hopes you will be able to come to The Well and experience this with her! 

Allison Huddleston

Allison Huddleston is another affiliate at The Well. Although Allison was not born in Casey, her mother Maria (Partlow) Huddleston was born and raised here which allows her to use her Casey roots as a comfort tie to making The Well a successful new business. Allison graduated from Kaskaskia College with a degree in Applied Science and has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2018. Following graduation, her compassionate and caring character allowed her to be a very successful PTA at many facilities in Southern IL. Allison and her fiancé, Connor Meinhart, reside in Montrose, IL where they currently have no children but enjoy spending their time with family, friends, and also a furry friend, Laramie. Along with enjoying Jeep rides, Allison and Connor often go to Southern IL on horse rides with numerous friends. Her love for horses has grown over the last 10 years. Allison is thrilled to use her passion for horses and incorporate therapy into the mix for the betterment of others. Allison is very excited to start this new journey with her fellow partners to not only improve her experience, but also to show Casey and surrounding communities her eagerness to grow this new organization.

Justin Janney

Justin Janney is one of the partners at The Well. He has lived in Casey for 33 years. Justin graduated from Lake Land in 2011 with his Associates Degree in Applied Science with his physical therapy assistance license. Justin then took the position as the youth minister at Casey White Oak Church of God in August of 2011. Justin continued his medical career and graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2013 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences. He is excited to finish his schooling in 2023 with is Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Justin has worked in skilled nursing for 11 years and is excited to be moving to the outpatient setting. When not at The Well you may see Justin out in the yard playing with his 3 Australian Shepherds or working with the rabbits at his rabbitry. He is excited to be a part of this adventure and looks forward to being able to serve the community where he grew up.
